Welcome to the official user guide for the 24/7Empowerment Teams Zoom Integration. This documentation will guide you through adding the app, its usage, and how to remove it safely along with our data compliance policies.

1. Adding the App (Installation Guide)

Follow these step-by-step instructions to connect your account:

1. Step 1: Log in to your frontend user portal on our platform using your credentials.
2. Step 2: Navigate to your profile dashboard and ensure your basic profile information is fully updated and accurate.
3. Step 3: Visit the official connection page directly at: https://personalempowermentteams.me/connect-zoom-account/.
4. Step 4: Click the “Connect to Zoom” button. You will be redirected to Zoom’s secure login and authorization page.
5. Step 5: Review the requested permissions and click “Authorize”. Once successful, you will be automatically redirected back to our portal with a confirmation message.

Troubleshooting Guide: If you encounter any authorization errors or loop issues during connection, please clear your browser cookies/cache, ensure you are logged into the correct Zoom account in your browser, or contact our support team at support@personalempowermentteams.me.

2. Usage & Key Features

Once the integration is active, you can manage your meetings seamlessly. Here are the core features available in your user portal:

• View Upcoming Meetings: Access a dedicated tab in your dashboard to view all your scheduled, upcoming Zoom meetings in real-time.
• View All History: Browse through a comprehensive list of all past and current meetings associated with your account.
• Create Instant/Scheduled Meetings: Generate new Zoom meeting links directly from our frontend portal without opening the Zoom app. You can set the topic, date, time, and duration.
• Cancel/Delete Meetings: Cancel or delete any scheduled meetings directly from your portal dashboard, which will instantly sync and update your Zoom account schedule.

Prerequisites: A verified user account on 24/7Empowerment Teams and an active Zoom account.

3. Removing the App & Data Compliance

If you wish to disconnect or completely remove the 24/7Empowerment Teams app from your Zoom account, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Zoom Marketplace Account.
2. Navigate to Manage > Added Apps or click on Installed Apps.
3. Locate the 24/7Empowerment Teams app from the list.
4. Click the Uninstall / Remove button next to the app.
5. Confirm the uninstallation request.

Implications of De-authorization & Data Privacy:

• Immediate Revocation: The moment you uninstall the app, our secure OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens are immediately invalidated. Our platform will lose all access to your Zoom account.
• Data Deletion Policy: In strict compliance with Zoom’s Data Compliance standards, all stored temporary data, including your Zoom User ID, cached meeting lists, and profile tokens, will be permanently deleted from our WordPress database within 24 hours of receiving the de-authorization webhook event. No residual user data will be retained on our servers.
