2. Sales Tools

  • You will be trained to target and connect with the right prospects by any means (face to face and remote) who have specific pain-points, goals, and needs, including income, relationships, health, trauma, comebacks, startups, etc.
  • You will use our custom-built and easy-to-use platform, which merges the power of Facebook, CRMs like Salesforce, and all major social media to optimise your outreach.
  • We will provide you with business and marketing tools, including your own QR codes and a digital business card that links your customers to your digital wallet and your CRM database.

6. Compensation Plan & Referral Program

  • Your completed commissions are deposited directly into your online wallet every week.
  • Your income should increase once you establish your customer base, referrals, and sales strategy.
  • You’re paid $600 for each person you recruit into our Personal Empowerment Team programs. That’s 50% commission for each sale that you originate, plus 50% recurring revenue for the life of your customer’s involvement in 24/7 Empowerment.
  • The expected annual income is +$85,000.00 by closing 12 sales per month at $600 each sale for a consecutive 12 months.
  • Referral Appreciation (Program Enrollments Only): Members may receive a one-time appreciation credit of up to $600 when a new participant they referred completes a paid enrollment in an eligible program and remains enrolled beyond the organization’s refund/cancellation period (and any applicable statutory cooling-off period). Single-level only; not available for donations or fundraising. Rewards are paid through our platform’s wallets at the organisation’s option and may be taxable (Form W-9 required; Form 1099-NEC will be issued if a member receives $600 or more in cash rewards in a calendar year). Terms may change to comply with law and policy. Only one referring member may be credited per new participant.

7. Sales Profitability Forecast

  • 50% Empowerment Originations
    200 Customers X $1200 = $240,000 X 50% = $120,000
  • 50% Lifelong Empowerment:
    1000 Weekly Customers X $25 = $100,000 Monthly X 50% = $50,000 Monthly
  • 50% for all other products in our Marketplace:
    *Some products may come with pre-costs, which must be subtracted from any commissions for that particular item.
