- You’ll introduce people to a path of deeper self-awareness, personal responsibility, and community accountability. Your mission? To enroll motivated individuals into our life-changing Empowerment Teams—and help them step into the next chapter of their evolution.
- You are selling a very unique breakthrough in personal development (empowerment, eliminating barriers, achieving goals, etc.) with key advantages over traditional sources like Zig Ziegler, Tom Hopkins, Tony Robbins, Life Coaching, Therapists, 12 Step Programs, etc.

Compensation Plan
- Your income should increase once you establish your customer base, referrals, and sales strategy.
- You’re paid $600 for each person you recruit into our Personal Empowerment Team programs. That’s 50% commission for each sale that you originate, plus 50% recurring revenue for the life of your customer’s involvement in 24/7 Empowerment.
- The expected annual income is +$85,000.00 by closing 12 sales per month at $600 each sale for a consecutive 12 months.

- Generate leads through cold outreach, referrals, and aligned communities.
- Engage in meaningful conversations that inspire action and enrollment.
- Support prospects in understanding how Empowerment Teams work and why they matter.
- Represent the mission and values of 24/7 with clarity, integrity, and enthusiasm.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with leads and track your outreach in an organized system.
- Collaborate with other team members to refine messaging and improve enrollment flow.
Qualifications
- A strong communicator who thrives in one-on-one conversations.
- Deep belief in personal development, healing, and community transformation.
- Self-motivated, mission-driven, and committed to making a difference.
- Prior sales or outreach experience is a plus—but heart and drive matter more.
- Comfortable with cold outreach and building connections from scratch.
- Able to work independently and take ownership of your pipeline and results.
