– You will use our custom-built, easy-to-use platform that combines the power of Facebook, CRMs like Salesforce, and the major social media platforms to optimize your outreach.
– We will provide you with business and marketing tools, including your own QR codes and a digital business card that links your customers to your digital wallet and your CRM database.
– Your commissions and payments are deposited weekly directly into your digital Wallet and can be used or withdrawn through your Bank, PayPal, Visa Card, or Mobile App.

COMPENSATION PLAN & MEMBER REFERRAL PROGRAM

Your completed commissions are deposited directly into your online wallet every week.

Your income should increase once you establish your customer base, referrals, and sales strategy.

You’re paid $600 for each person you recruit into our Personal Empowerment Team programs. That’s 50% commission for each sale that you originate, plus 50% recurring revenue for the life of your customer’s involvement in 24/7 Empowerment.

The expected annual income is $85,000 by closing 12 sales per month at $600 each, for a consecutive 12 months.

Referral Appreciation (Program Enrollments Only):
Members may receive a one-time appreciation credit of up to $600 when a new participant they referred completes a paid enrollment in an eligible program and remains enrolled beyond the organization’s refund/cancellation period (and any applicable statutory cooling-off period). Single-level only; not available for donations or fundraising. Rewards are paid through our platform’s wallets at the organization’s option and may be taxable (Form W-9 required; Form 1099-NEC will be issued if a member receives $600 or more in cash rewards in a calendar year). Terms may change to comply with law and policy. Only one referring member may be credited per new participant.

– Frequent places where your Pain Prospects might congregate.

– Connect with individuals seeking personal growth and invite them into the Empowerment Team experience.
– Generate leads through cold outreach, referrals, and aligned communities.
– Engage in meaningful conversations that inspire action and enrollment.
– Support prospects in understanding how Empowerment Teams work and why they matter.
– Represent the mission and values of 24/7 with clarity, integrity, and enthusiasm.
– Maintain consistent follow-up with leads and track your outreach in an organized system.
– Collaborate with other team members to refine messaging and improve enrollment flow.
