Members may receive a one-time Appreciation of up to $600 when a new participant they referred completes a paid enrollment in an eligible program and remains enrolled beyond the organization’s refund/cancellation period (and any applicable statutory cooling-off period). Single-level only; not available for donations or fundraising. Our founder, Joshua Joseph, is a powerhouse of purpose and transformation — part visionary, part warrior, and healer. He was given a calling, and in 1978, had a Visitation from Christ and a Recurring Dream about a Platform helping multitudes of people as far as the eye could see. He’s the founder of Personal Empowerment Teams, Inc., a nonprofit that doesn’t just talk change — his teams ignite individual destinies, certify individual life-changers, and build affordable housing communities with organic farms and community businesses.
With nearly 50 years of life coaching, business, and ministry under his belt, plus a breakthrough message after his 2010 near-death experience, he’s lived the empowerment journey — from addiction and poverty to $3.5M by 47, from 13+ A1C to thriving health, and from dysfunction to divine destiny.
His income multiplied after his first 1997 participation with a Personal Empowerment Team, as follows:
- In 1997, he was earning $40,000 annually in Telecommunications.
- In 1999, he doubled his income to $80,000 annually in Data Communications.
- In 2001, he multiplied his income to $60,000 per month in Financial and Investment Services.
- In 2005, he again doubled his income to $120,000 per month as a Lan Developer.
- He earned $3,500,000.00 by age 47, developing Resort Communities.
- Joshua Joseph now coaches people and teams to do likewise.

Chief Technical Officer
With over 20 years of experience, Md. Khalakuzzaman Khan is the Chief Technology Officer at Personal Empowerment Teams, Inc., where he leads all technical departments and oversees a diverse team of software engineers, architects, and IT professionals. A seasoned software engineer and technology entrepreneur, Mr. Khan brings deep expertise in full-stack development, with a particular focus on Next.js, Laravel, and MySQL.
Throughout his career, Mr. Khan has consistently delivered secure, scalable, and high-performance web applications across a wide range of industries. He is known for his ability to translate complex business requirements into innovative technical solutions, guiding projects from initial concept through deployment with a commitment to quality and agility.
Mr. Khan’s leadership is grounded in technical excellence and strategic vision. He excels at managing cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and implementing development best practices that drive business growth. His core interests span system architecture, API design, workflow automation, and the integration of artificial intelligence into modern software ecosystems.
Dedicated to continuous learning and innovation, Mr. Khan is passionate about advancing technology-driven solutions that empower people and organizations. His work plays a critical role in supporting the mission of Personal Empowerment Teams, Inc. to deliver impactful digital products and services.
Director of Graphic Arts and Website Design
Nelia Voshchynchuk leads the visual and digital design vision at Personal Empowerment Teams, Inc., where her deep sense of empathy, creativity, and precision fuels mission-driven design. As Director of Graphic Arts and Website Design, she crafts visually compelling and highly functional experiences that reflect the heart of empowerment and connection.
With over 10 years of diverse experience across international platforms, creative agencies, and independent projects, Nelia has contributed to platforms such as lbry.app and admitwell.com, and led design efforts for e-commerce and educational tech solutions. Her specialty lies in building intuitive, user-centred designs and scalable systems from the ground up.
Nelia’s work is not only guided by aesthetic excellence but by a deep personal mission. As the proud wife of a Ukrainian soldier and mother to a beloved daughter, her passion for meaningful design is grounded in love, resilience, and a desire to uplift others through every digital touchpoint.
