Our Founder:
Our founder Joshua Joseph is a powerhouse of purpose and transformation — part visionary, part warrior, healer.
He’s the founder of Personal Empowerment Teams, Inc., a nonprofit that doesn’t just talk change — his teams ignite individual destinies, certify individual life-changers, and build brick-and-mortar profit-sharing empowerment communities, with organic farms, sustainable homes, and small businesses.
With nearly 50 years of life coaching, business, and ministry under his belt, plus a breakthrough message after his 2010 near-death experience, he’s lived the empowerment journey — from addiction and poverty to $3.5M by 47, from 13+ A1C to thriving health, and from dysfunction to divine destiny.
His income multiplied after his first 1997 encounter with a Personal Empowerment Team, as follows:
- In 1997, he was earning $40,000 annually.
- In 1999, he doubled to $80,000 annually.
- In 2001, he multiplied his income to $60,000 per month.
- IN 2005, he again doubled his income to $120,000 per month by age 47.
Joseph blends faith, fire, and strategy to guide people to Discover and Dissolve their Barriers and live and walk in their Birthright Power Beyond Measure — through in-person and online empowerment teams.
His experience spans from banking, sales, investments, legal, ministry, counseling, life coaching, trainer, inventor, project manager, land developer, software developer, public speaker, publisher, radio host, television, mentor, and others…

With coaching certifications from trauma to leadership, he’s creating a legacy that empowers others to become who and what they always wanted to be — spiritually, financially, and emotionally.
Vice President:
Alan Payne Jr. brings a dynamic blend of leadership, creativity, and service to his role as Vice President at 24/7 Empowerment. A U.S. Navy Gulf War Veteran, seasoned businessman, author, actor, and ordained pastor, Alan’s diverse background equips him to serve visionaries and empowerment teams with purpose and precision.
As a business leader, Alan has served as CEO of multiple companies, including Shade Forms Inc. and Out of This World Inc., and has provided high-level security consulting for organizations such as the U.S. Air Force and Northrop Grumman. His academic credentials include a Master’s in Management and Leadership from Webster University and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Barry University, complemented by certifications in ministry, human resources, massage therapy, and alternative medicine.
Alan’s commitment to global empowerment is also expressed through his role as a pastor with Mirror Image Ministries, where he co-leads an international online church community. In the entertainment world, he has appeared in television and film alongside notable names like Sinbad and performed at major live events, including the Daytona 500.
At 24/7 Empowerment, Alan’s leadership helps bridge the gap between spiritual empowerment and practical tools for success—advancing the mission of connecting visionaries with the support and strategies they need to thrive.
He and his wife, Georgianna, have been married for over 20 years and are the proud parents of ten children and grandparents to eleven.
Director of Graphic Arts and Website Design:
Nelia Voshchynchuk leads the visual and digital design vision at Personal Empowerment Teams, Inc., where her deep sense of empathy, creativity, and precision fuels mission-driven design. As Director of Graphic Arts and Website Design, she crafts visually compelling and highly functional experiences that reflect the heart of empowerment and connection.
With over 10 years of diverse experience across international platforms, creative agencies, and independent projects, Nelia has contributed to platforms such as lbry.app and admitwell.com, and led design efforts for e-commerce and educational tech solutions. Her specialty lies in building intuitive, user-centered designs and scalable systems from the ground up.
Nelia’s work is not only guided by aesthetic excellence but by a deep personal mission. As the proud wife of a Ukrainian soldier and mother to a beloved daughter, her passion for meaningful design is grounded in love, resilience, and a desire to uplift others through every digital touchpoint.
