How to De-authorize / Uninstall the App

If you wish to disconnect your Zoom account, you can do so at any time by following these steps:

Method 1: From our Portal

1. Log into your 24/7Empowerment Teams account.
2. Navigate to the Zoom Settings / Integration tab.
3. Click on Disconnect Zoom Account. Your tokens will be wiped instantly.

Method 2: From Zoom Marketplace

1. Log into your Zoom Account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.
2. Click Manage > Added Apps or search for the 24/7Empowerment Teams app.
3. Click Remove / Uninstall next to the app.
4. Confirm the uninstallation. All associated metadata will be permanently purged from our servers within 30 days.
